REX was founded by Kevin Cross (Foundations Real Estate Experts) and Adam Heafner in 2007. Our goal is to educate friends and clients in real estate investments by helping people minimize the risk and maximize profitability.

Real Estate eXchange provides amazing investment education to the public. We specialize in multi-family and commercial properties and been told we are pretty darn good at finding phenomenal deals and selling homes too.

” Kevin Cross is a life long Alaskan. After 16 years and 3 Engineering Degrees in the commercial construction and fire protection contracting trade, Kevin transitioned to a full time Real Estate Investor in 2007 and built one of Alaska’s largest real estate sales teams which sold over 150 homes a year on average prior to selling that business in 2019. In his professional career he has served as 2012 President of The Anchorage Board of Realtors, is Vice Chair of the Anchorage Platting Board, and President of The Real Estate Exchange (REX), Alaska’s largest network of Real Estate Investors. He is currently President and Broker of Real Estate Brokers of Alaska, one of Alaska’s largest Real Estate Brokerages. Kevin has been featured on many Real Estate Investing national podcasts and is a paid professional speaker teaching real estate investing principals across the United States. In his free time, Kevin is a snowmobiling and mountain biking enthusiast. His wife, Sveta Cross is a mortgage lender and together they train and foster rescued dogs from rural communities.”

Sveta has always had a huge interest towards investing and using real estate as a vehicle to help everyone around her to reach their financial goals. When not working, Sveta and her husband Kevin enjoy biking, hiking, playing tennis, traveling, teaching Real Estate Investing, managing personal rentals, and training their three fur babies.
